Bad delivery

“Love the recliner but was horrified by the delivery. I have an open covered breezeway to my front door, the size of a living room, the delivery person or people thought it was better to leave it out in my driveway on a day that rain was happening on and off. So, when I got home that night, widower in my 50’s, had to figure out how to get this soaked cardboard box under the roof of my breezeway and to my front door. There was also no email saying it was shipped or out for delivery, which I’ve always received before.”
