“Well I’m pretty upset with Ashley. Before buying the bed, I tried get solid info. So I called customer service to speak to somebody about the bed. They told me that the amount of space from the bottom of the headboard to where the mattress sits was 10 inches, and they told me that if I had a bunky board and my mattress that it should be fine and I should not have a gap between the top of my mattress and the bottom of the headboard. Well, I’ve got a 5 inch gap. And this was a birthday present so they really screwed me. I like the bed, it would be really nice if I had been able to get the right pieces to go with it.”
