Overall a nice dresser for the price.

“There are alot of pieces to this dresser. It took roughly 2 1/2 hours to pit together. Overall decent quality. There is a fairly large scratch on one of the drawers. The bottom interior of one of drawers was also cracked. The color is spot on and the drawers open and close easily. Drawers all fit and sit nicely with no sagging. 4 stars for damaged pieces..”

“Only giving one star because I have to. But honestly disappointed since it was delivered broken. I emailed for a replacement and called twice and I am still waiting on a response. I was also charged for the item that is currently broken. Try again, Ashley Furniture”

Quality control issues and poor customer care

“The item I received was packaged poorly and therefore the legs of the dresser arrived scratched.
After laying out all the pieces to assemble, I noticed I was missing a support bar, which is needed to complete assembly.
I have called/emailed Ashley Customer Care numerous times over the past month and still have not come to a resolution of my problem.
Very disappointed in the communication process, quality control of the product and the overall experience I am receiving.”

Looks really nice but not great quality

“Looks great but was hard to put together. Had issues with 2 parts looking identical but being slightly different sizes so had to take apart and start over which was difficult. Also have issues with the drawers being difficult to open and one not closing all the way.
Would have expected a bit better quality for the price.”
