WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY AGAIN

“My 6 year old chose this bed for her Christmas gift. When it arrived, the box was smashed in several places and one side completely open. We only received the headboard and slats, the rest of the bed never arrived. The headboard was damaged. When I called customer service, they told me to send photos then they'd get back in 3-5 days. I did so, then I received an email 5 days later saying my card was refunded and that the bed was no longer in stock. However, it DID show in stock, exact same bed but for twice the price. Now I'm stuck with a broken headboard that weighs a ton that I need to find a way to dispose of and they haven't responded. Now I'm scrambling to purchase another bed from a different retailer to get it here in time for Christmas. Worst customer service I've had from a furniture store. Sounds like if it's an online order, they just outsource it and don't take any responsibility at all. I'm so upset.”
