Still waiting after 5 months

“I ordered this bedroom set back in February 2025. The dresser arrived broken on the truck and was never delivered. I still have not received a replacement. Rather than ship a new dresser I am waiting on repairs to the original. This feels ridiculous - if there are new products waiting to be sent then I should be near the top of the list based on order date. How can I guarantee the replaced parts fully address whatever issues were present the first time? Customer service has offered me a $25 credit. Please just send me my dresser.”
