Terrible quality and terrible experience

“I really wanted to love this vanity desk. I ordered it about a month ago, and the first one they brought had a broken drawer right out of the box. I contacted customer service and they promised to replace it. I waited forever for the exchange, hoping it would finally be okay.
Today I opened the new one, and I honestly couldn’t believe it—it was even worse. Both drawers are completely smashed and unusable. I’m honestly so frustrated. I just moved, and I’ve been waiting over a month for this desk, with all my stuff piled up, and now I still don’t have anything usable.
I really don’t understand how they can deliver something in this condition twice. It feels like they just don’t care. For the price I paid, I expected way better.”
