color is WAY OFF

“A family member purchased this crib for our room. very comfortable, only complain is the color. they purchased the Espresso with gray swirl seat covers. as you can tell by the picture, it has a very distinctive red tint to it and to me is not an espresso color whatsoever.. the color is an eyesore and to me.. sticks out like a sore thumb in the nursery.”

Wonderful glider and ottoman

“This glider and ottoman is gorgeous and works well in my nursery. It's an absolutely gorgeous color and matches the nursery well. It's a very well made product and I highly recommend it to you as a new mom, whether you're still pregnant or your little one is here.It will get a lot of daily use once he arrives. It's really comfortable.”

Decent glider

“Relieved today and assembled, overall so far a good product. No broken pieces and assembly was easy.
Complains: material covers on the chair matched. The ottoman color if off from the rest of the product.
One of the installed snaps was misplaced and had to create a new hole and move it. Was easy enough but I worry that this fix won't last long.
Tie ends of the cushioned are unfinished which may promote the ties to wear and fray.”

“2nd hoop glider bf in our family. Both are great. Easy assembly. Delivery from Walmart prompt & efficient. Mixed reviews indicate a better quality control nec. But we have no problems. I'd prefer a slight increase in reclining back. Really luv this Glider & gliding foot rest. No babies here. Aged adult customers. It improves my posture. 1st chair approximately 1yr. Old..Excellent results. So we ordered another 4 both of us. We are grateful 2 the Storkcraft family.”

Bought chair and broken in the first 6 months

“We ordered this chair from Hudson's Bay, and within 6 months of my son's birth it was clicking and my husband needed to repair and now it's doing it again.... I do not recommend.”

Delivered without assembly components.

“We received this product as a gift, and it looks like it is a good product. However, our delivery contained none of the assembly components required to actually assemble the product. A box labeled components inside contained only the two arm rails. We submitted a ticket to the customer care team as directed, which yielded an immediate response saying they received the ticket. It has been two weeks so far without an additional response. We will certainly not be ordering from this manufacturer again unless they correct this issue.”

Broken!

“I just ordered this product and I went to set it up. The right arm piece was giving me trouble going in but I eventually got it in place. I went to put the cushions on and the right armrest cushion won’t go into the button part on the back outside. The button on the chair itself looks broken and will not attach. Not to mention all the dents and marks in the chair itself as well.”

“It was great to put the baby to sleep, however build quality is lacking, the ottoman is breaking in half from where we put our feet and I don't think it's long for this world. It's not like we were jumping on the thing, we simply lay our feet on it and one day it just broke (is press board so I guess that's why)”

“I received this as a gift and found that it's both light and sturdy. It holds up my 225 pound body quite well. There was quite a bit of squeaking when rocking, which I resolved by lubricating the joints with penetrating oil.”

Creaks

“I received this item through my baby registry and at first it was great but now (after 10 days of use) it’s starting to creak. I’ll rock my 2 week old to sleep but he’ll wake up as soon as I get up because the chair is so noisy. I really wanted to like this as it is a comfy chair and it looks cute but the creaking is insane.”

“I hate this chair with burning passion! It is so incredibly loud! Its creaks, squeaks, thumps, and clicks. It has caused so many tearful nights for me as my daughter loves to be rocked and just as she's about to fall asleep it gets noisy. It's my most hated baby product, I've tried everything to get it to stop as these chairs can be pricey I feel guilty for wanting to get a nicer one. Please save your money and buy a better chair it will save you the frustration.”

Love this glider

“This glider has been used many hours rocking our baby girl. It is comfortable, sturdy, and such a pretty design. It fits with any decor theme. It is just so perfect. I am going to be sad when she is too big for me to rock her in it anymore, but going to cherish all the moments I can until then. I highly recommend this glider!”

Missing primary components, not fully manufactured

“Put entire chair together to find out it was missing primary components on arms. Without button components for padding the chair leaves small uncomfortable wood arm rests. I was told I would need to take apart chair and repackage myself and ship back for a replacement that hopefully had all its components.”
