Terrible experience

“This has honestly been the worst experience with Ashley Furniture. I bought this crib in October, which shipped fast but arrived with damage. After reaching out to customer service, they said we would be sent a replacement crib. I never received a confirmation email for the replacement, and waited 3 weeks before reaching back out. When I talked to customer service they said my shipment was “lost” and is out of stock now. They told me they were putting me on an expedited process and would reach back out in 3-5 business days. It has now been well past the 5 business days and I still have not received any form of contact. At this point, I just want a refund and will purchase a crib elsewhere. My baby is due in less than 2 weeks and I have no crib.”
