Perfect addition to nursery/bedroom

“I just got this dresser in white and I love the style. This was the perfect addition to our nursery/bedroom! I chose to finish this dresser with the wooden knobs but I like that they include white ones too. The size of the drawers fits a good amount of baby clothes and I like the safety mechanism so they can’t be easily pulled out.”

“I’m so happy with the Graco Teddi 6 Drawer Dresser! It’s not only beautiful but also feels incredibly safe and sturdy, I got this dresser a couple months ago for my daughter and still looks absolutely the same, I love that the drawers are secure and the whole piece feels like it’s built to last. The customizable knobs were such a great touch it was easy to make it match her room’s style perfectly. I really appreciate how well made it is, and I’m confident it will hold up for years. It’s the perfect combination of style, safety, and durability, and I couldn’t be happier with it!”

Beautiful Dresser, But Disappointing Customer Service

“I purchased the Graco Teddi 6 Drawer Double Dresser from Ashley Furniture online. The dresser itself is beautiful, sturdy, and looks great in the room. Unfortunately, one of the drawers appears smaller than the others and did not come with the pre-drilled hole needed to attach the knob, making it difficult to open and close.
I immediately reported the issue and was told I would receive a response within 3–5 days. On day 5, I called to follow up and was told I needed to wait until the end of the day. When I called the next day (Saturday), I was told they actually meant 3–5 business days. I called again on Monday and was assured the issue would be escalated and I would hear back within 24–48 hours. It is now Friday, and I still have not been contacted or provided with a solution.
The dresser itself deserves 5 stars, but the lack of responsiveness from Ashley Furniture’s customer service is incredibly disappointing. I would appreciate a follow-up to resolve this issue. Customers deserve timely communication when something arrives defective.”
