“This company is god awful. They sent sent me damage product then told me IM sorry we cant refund you, I even paid for a warranty, and they will not send me a new one, it took 5 hours to put together. Now we have a lawsuit with the company and Im 8 months pregnant. This place can kick rocks. FYI this is the 5th time they have sent damage products to us.”

“I thought I was going to love it. I got this in black for my baby girls nursery. It’s beautiful but my gosh it’s so loud. The hardware makes it hard to open and so loud. Nice feature that you can only open one drawer at a time. But with a newborn it does not seem practical to have furniture that is loud.”

“Item arrived with a broken piece, still waiting to hear back when and if the piece will be replaced. Once I can get a replacement I think I will love it but the timing for it all is very inconvenient”

“Love how this piece looks, but the drawers are a little loud when opening and closing them. Assembly wasn’t bad either from someone who is not handy! I would recommend 2 people to put it together and a Phillips head screw driver is needed.”

“Solid. Every piece feels very sturdy and put together seem like it we be built to last. The bottoms of the drawers have a wooden beam running across the middle to prevent buckling and sagging which is something I’ve come across with lesser quality dressers in the past. Size turned out perfect, I was worried about the height, but it’s plenty tall. The only thing I took issue with was the assembly time, I’m pretty handy, but front unboxing to set up still took a little over 2 hours and I even used a powered screwdriver. I do think the detailed assembly though contributes in the end to the overall quality. I will say you can’t beat the price.”

Beautiful Dresser, But Disappointing Customer Service

“I purchased the Graco Teddi 6 Drawer Double Dresser from Ashley Furniture online. The dresser itself is beautiful, sturdy, and looks great in the room. Unfortunately, one of the drawers appears smaller than the others and did not come with the pre-drilled hole needed to attach the knob, making it difficult to open and close.
I immediately reported the issue and was told I would receive a response within 3–5 days. On day 5, I called to follow up and was told I needed to wait until the end of the day. When I called the next day (Saturday), I was told they actually meant 3–5 business days. I called again on Monday and was assured the issue would be escalated and I would hear back within 24–48 hours. It is now Friday, and I still have not been contacted or provided with a solution.
The dresser itself deserves 5 stars, but the lack of responsiveness from Ashley Furniture’s customer service is incredibly disappointing. I would appreciate a follow-up to resolve this issue. Customers deserve timely communication when something arrives defective.”
