Unexpected design flaw

“We want to love it, but one side of dresser is warped and won’t allow the drawers to align with the tracks. Essentially two drawers are unusable. Unfortunately, the side build is one of the first steps and the drawers are the last, so it isn’t recognized until the entire dresser is built. I also never received a delivery email or email to contact Ashley directly for customer support. Otherwise, color and design were exactly as pictured and instructions were easy to follow.”
