Horrible Experience and help desk speaks poor english

“Ordered 3/2/2025 and have not received it. Tracking says it delivered in KY when I live in Missouri. Help desk in India no help. Gave me a new tracking number but it hasn’t moved from PA. They will not give me a refund but cannot tell me where item is. Manager was supposed to call me last Friday. It’s now Wednesday March 26. No item and no help. I’ll dispute on credit card at this point. Stay away from Ashley.com. Horrible experience. 725010302134 Order number.”

“Looks great and I can tell it's going to last a long time. Wife and I love it bc its big so it holds a lot and the looks really good. I like how sturdy it is and know I can trust this with the changing topper. Also very easy to move on smooth surfaces. Took a little to build but was pretty simple and straightforward.”
