Drawers don't function properly.

“Someone bought this item for us off of a baby registry. I didn't mind it taking 3 hours to put together as I felt the directions were easy to follow. The issue is the drawers! They won't shut without significant force or trying to jiggle the lock. In addition to lacking function, it would be extremely noisy when in a nursery. Two drawers could not be opened at once, which would be an issue. I spent 3 hours putting it together and have now been told in order to return I have to disassemble and have back in its original packaging... We'll see how long that takes. Would not recommend!”

“Horrible experience, missing parts and will not replace just parts. I got as a gift from great grandma who doesn’t do technology well and doesn’t live close to help find proof of purchase. I clearly have item and can’t use item. Great if you want expensive fire wood I guess”

Drawers do not slide

“I received the wrong dresser color and customer support team is making me wait 3-5 days to correct it. The customer support rep said I was “Wasting his time” when I ask to speak with a supervisor to escalate the issue as they lost the shipment the first time with my order and delivered the wrong color the second time. Terrible customer service. Still waiting for this to be resolved with no communication.”

“Pieces arrived broken and when I called to get new replacements, I was told that it is from a third-party vendor and I had to wait five business days for a response .five business days just for the response not even a new replacement part never ordering from here again meanwhile I have a half put together dresser in my house now that I have to put to the side and wait who knows how long for a replacement part this is ridiculous”

“It’s nice looking but cheaply made! Drawers started falling apart immediately after we started using it. We had to take some gorilla wood glue to help hold it together. I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone buying this and I’m disappointed with purchasing it!”
