“Ive had this less than a year as a gift from my mom to welcome my first born.. it arrived missing knobs, which was minuscule, when I contacted customer service, it did require a bit of additional information to “prove my purchase”, which included a picture of the box (so don’t throw it away until you’re sure it’s 100% all there!!)
they did send the knobs needed after all that was confirmed.
Well… I wanted to love this dresser, I use it every day, but it is seriously falling apart!! The right bottom drawer is off the track and can’t be fixed, causing all the drawers on the left to now fall apart and off the track. It’s a serious safety concern now. I’m bummed big time that this purchase will have to be tossed less than a year from purchase.”

“We were putting this together and noticed that all of the LL were drilled incorrectly. The pilot holes are are EXACTLY the same as the LIL pieces making it impossible to create the drawers. This is a little frustrating since we chose to go directly through Ashley for quality and were met with the same quality if we were to have gone through a third party. How do we correct this issue? Our baby is coming soon and we would like to have this issue correct as soon as possible.”
