Bad product, worse customer service

“I bought this toddler safety guardrail for my daughter’s storkcraft crib. According to the description, it was an exact match for the crib. When we got the guardrail none of the holes matched up with the crib so we couldn’t use it. When I asked about how to return the item I was told I had to share photos, part numbers, a whole list of information in my return (a bit excessive but ok we can do that) but then I learn there is a 15% restocking fee because we opened the package. Yes, we opened it because we thought we were getting a product that would work. Now we are being charged for just opening the box. And we are being charged to mail it back ourselves. Worst customer service ever. So disappointed”

“Item is dangerous! I purchased this guardrail to go with my son’s storkcraft crib. After just one use, my son got his leg stuck in the slats and we had to saw off one of the dowels to get his leg free. This never happened in his crib so the dowel spacing for the guardrail must be wider. Don’t purchase this product!!!”
