Broken Latch, Poor Quality

“The chair is more of a cream/yellow color than white. Looks pretty but to push back in after the recline, it does not latch and it is broken. The only way you can do it is by incredible force from someone very strong. My muscular 260lb husband struggles with closing it too. Will be returning because it absolutely does not work for a nursery. And seems dangerous to try to close with a baby in hand.”

Doesn't Work as it Should

“The recliner doesn't work as it should. I pull the handle and the footrest does not pop out. I have to get out of the chair and manually pull it out. Very disappointed considering what I spent and was expecting a recliner that works.”
