Chair good / online process not good

“The chair is great. I’m 5”4 and I can touch the ground and rock with my toes but not flat footed. It is a good size rocker for a small room. The online process has been a nightmare though. A duplicate order was made and they told me 4 different times the duplicate was canceled but the 2nd chair is arriving today anyway 🙄”

“Comfortable and stylish. It feels and looks like a quality piece. It's relatively light, so it may lift if you sit up or down too quickly; I don't feel it's fair to dock a whole star for that, especially at the price point.”
