“Measure carefully to ensure perfect fit. I ordered a full size headboard for my queen bed so I didn't have inches left on each side. I have no idea if the measurements difference has to do with the fact that I have an adjustable bed. I will tell you that this fits perfectly, works very well with my adjustable bed, and it's absolutely gorgeous!”
