Comfy chair...but!

“It is a comfortable chair. I am a smaller person and the chair is more proportional to my size. The swivel and rocking elements work smoothly. The reclining function is a bit inconvenient.
The mechanism to tuck the footrest back down is poorly designed in this case. One must firmly grasp the very front of each arm and PULL FORWARD as well as use your calves and feet to PRESS the footrest down and in until you hear a slight KLICK that indicates that the footrest is locked down.
The front of each arm is where the arm rest cushions are sewn on. It's GOING TO RIP the cushion away with long term usage.”
