Awful experience all around

“Chair arrived but did not work. I reached out to Ashley Furniture immediately the day it arrived and advised that the chair was getting power but the buttons weren’t working and it wouldn’t recline. They stated a specialist would get back in touch with me and it wouldn’t recline take 3-5 days. Why it would take this long is beyond me. I wasn’t told to take any photos or videos other than the initial photo requested of the product. I packed the chair back up into the box to ensure it was ready to be picked up. The “specialist” contacted me 4 business days later (a full week) on Thursday morning telling me to provide a video that the buttons weren’t working. I advised I had already packaged it back up and it’s a heavy chair and I didn’t want to have to unpack it. Asked if they could just take the return without proving it was defective (it is) because I’m 38 weeks pregnant and did not want to go through all of the hassle of unpacking it, bringing it into the house (it’s very heavy), and making a video that no one told me about previously. However they said I would be charged a return fee but would not or could not tell me how much that would be… they gave me a number for an Ashley furniture warehouse in Kansas to call to see if I can find the fee. That number didn’t work. I called customer service and they told me it would be the cost of shipping to that warehouse. I looked it up through FedEx and thats more than the stupid chair costs to begin with! Terrible communication, terrible customer service, awful return process…. Will not be purchasing from here ever again.
Off to unpack and lug this 121 pound chair into the house for this requested video.”

“Shipping was super fast - came on time. Assembly was super easy and oh my goodness the baby isn’t here yet and I already sit and rock in this chair. Nap worthy rocking chair. The color is a beautiful neutral that pairs well with just about all decor.”

Upon researching tons of chairs online, I stumbled across this one and knew I had to get it for the price and most importantly the functionality. It's super easy to set up and I've been taking naps on it before the baby has even arrived! It is so comfortable!”

It’s for real one of the most comfortable reclines I ever tried. The USB port is a must, I like to play songs and pray in the chair so it’s really helpful.”

Our favorite, functional glider!!

“My husband and I are in LOVE with this glider from Delta Children. We love how functional it is and how it rocks, sways AND is an electric recliner with a USB port. It’s the perfect glider for nursing! It’s so comfortable and i’m pretty sure it’s my husband and I’s favorite piece of furniture in the house!”
