Defective Part HL

“Spent over an hour putting this dresser together to find out Part HL is defective with the predrilled holes in the wrong spot. Contacted support and sent the requested photos and info, but it takes 10-15 business days for the replacement part. I can’t wait that long and would prefer a refund, but that process is also lengthy and requires me to disassemble and send picture before I can’t get a refund. I replied back to the ticket regarding the refund a few days ago and still no response. What a disaster.”

“Extremely dissatisfied with the quality control. After spending over 2 hours unpacking and assembling the item, I noticed a large, noticeable scratch running down the center of the top surface. Unacceptable for a brand-new item from a well-known retailer. For the amount of time and effort it took to put this together, it's frustrating to end up with a damaged piece of furniture. I expected a better quality and inspection standards.”
