Damaged Pieces and Damaged Replacements

“I bought this dresser for my baby’s room. Upon arrival, one of the pieces was damaged. The outer box was not damaged so it was manufactured this way. I contacted the company for a replacement piece and they stated that this would be covered by the warranty so they would replace it. I feel as though it shouldn’t be a warranty issue as it was sent to me this way. After sending all information that the company asked for, I had not received a reply in 4 days so I chatted through their website. The person I chatted with told me that everything had been approved and I would receive my replacement part. It arrived about 4 days later but this piece was damaged as well. It is still usable but for the price, all of the pieces should be of quality in my opinion.”
