Broken rocker

“I purchased this rocker as a gift to my daughter-in-law who just had a baby girl. The wooden rocker was delivered broken. It needs to be replaced. My son called Ashley Furniture and they advised him since I paid for the rocker that they would reach out to me. I haven't heard from your customer service department. It looks like it was dropped during the delivery. I really need this to be replaced as soon as possible. Please have someone call me.”
