“The nut insert on the corner post was stripped. Unable to finish screwing mattress support due to the manufacturing error. Might need new corner post in order to make the crib work.”

Color in photos does not match color in person

“Color in person does not match color in photos online. Online photos look more reddish brown and in person it's more green/grey/brown. Pretty disappointed since I planned to have it match somewhat to the antique dresser I'm purchasing. Still seems like decent quality.”

Great product poor customer service

“Love the product. However it said it would be here in 7-10 days however after purchasing it said it wouldn’t be shipped until December. We would have never ordered if we’d known it’d take so long so we filed for a return and they never got back to us about it. We ended up receiving the crib a few days later. Customer support never ended up reaching back out to us other than to buy more product and leave reviews. Wouldn’t buy from them again.”

“It's affordable, stylish, supposedly Greenguard certified and it will do the job. It's sturdy, but the build quality could be better. Some of the rails are slightly bent or curved, but it's not super noticeable. I also received it with a couple nicks from shipping. Overall, I think this will be a good crib, but adjust your expectations for a certified crib at this price.”
