Poor Quality and Unsafe Ladder

“The bed arrived less than 2 weeks ago and part of the ladder broke off WHILE my 75 lb son was climbing it to go to bed. Luckily he was fine. We are replacing the ladder with a higher quality one.”

“My husband and I were skeptical at first because it was only available for online ordering so we couldn’t look at it in person to see if we liked it. once we got it setup and checked it out we loved it, it’s very sturdy and durable. We love that the planks and wood are thick, It’s nice we can take the top bunk off and have two twin beds for the near future.”

“Never received it. Both times it arrived at Fed Ex apparently it was damage so they retuned it to Ashley without even attempting to deliver to me. Called Ashley and kept being told it was being delivered to me the next day. Finally called to cancel and was told they would let me know, if an item I had not received and whose cost is collecting interest on my credit card, could be cancelled. This was the second one I ordered. First one still in the box because it's a gift however may be sending it back after this experience. I'm still within the 30 day period.”
