“When I received the bed it was broken and cracked in multiple places I called Ashley for a refund and to give them the bed back and they said they couldn’t help me that they let 3rd parties sell on their website so they can’t do anything about it told me they would email the seller I should wait 3 to 5 days for someone to contact me but couldn’t even tell me who it would be if Ashley let’s people do business on their site they should honor it when things arrive so damaged it’s trash the site does not tell you it’s 3rd party highly disappointed hopefully someone contacts me and I get my money back”

“Bed came chipped on the headboard. Am trying to exchange, but am being given a hard time bases on the fact that I didn’t open the box (which came messed up and taped around) within 72 hours which was not stated originally.”
