Run, Don’t walk, away from Ashley!

“Certainly hard to review a bed I cannot even assemble because you failed to send me all the parts. I contacted the company where the bed was sent from and they responded that Ashley isn’t even a company that should be selling their furniture! So we contacted Ashley since Ashley got our money and they told us we’d get an email from our claim in 3-5 business days. We got instead an email from the furniture protection plan so I went ahead and filed a claim with them, maybe missing pieces are covered. But to my dismay not only is it not covered, then they even said they’re just a third party company who, guess what, DOESNT cover Ashley furniture. So I’ve paid for a bed that I cannot assemble and paid for a protection company that just takes the money and doesn’t actually work with you either. So 5 business days later I called Ashley again to again be told we will receive an email in 3-5 business days. With us camping out on the floor for a week and a bed we cannot assemble, a company who has our $600 and wont assist with some simple pieces which aren’t even our fault are missing, yeah I wouldn’t even give 1 star if it didn’t require me to give at least a star.”

“This is the best frame I have assembled. The product team and engineers did a fantastic job with design, parts provisioning, and multi-tool. The connection points are all solid and the central support being fabricated from metal provides additional stability that will endure.

Beautiful bed, great value

“Honestly surprised how nice this bed was for the money. Love it, looks great, very sturdy. Assembly was pretty easy and the tools they provide were better than you normally get. They included a ratcheting allen wrench for example. Ashley delivered quickly and I was happy with the value.”
