“I HAVE NOT received the King bed yet. My advice DO NOT buy from Ashley!! Terrible customer service. They have not delivered the bed or the other furniture I have ordered. They keep telling me me to call an 866 number and when I have 18 times the can not help me and they route me to a fulfillment company that is supposed to deliver my dining room table and chairs which is 3 weeks late. I never give a bad review but this is honestly the worst. Even the CEO Mr. Wanek won’t return calls. I am out $5,000. Disrespectful and unprofessional customer service. I recorded the call and have sent also the info to BBB.”
