Furniture fine, delivery bad

“Luckily the furniture was in good shape. I do wonder what’s the point of providing a phone number if you don’t use it? My husband and I got home to find both the dresser box and the crib box in the middle of our driveway in the rain, and the boxes had been beat up (tears and a couple of holes). Why act like you are going to contact us about drop off or setting up a time?”
