“Super comfortable. Leg rest doesn’t stay up with a lot of weight. You have to be positioned on the chair just right so it won’t fall down. Great rocker, not great to recline in.”

“This is the perfect nursery chair! I have a small space for it and it’s the perfect size. Not too small and not too large. The material is super soft and the chair is very cushioned (arm rests too) Its also very quiet, no squeaking. My only complaint is that the back of the chair doesn’t stay back without effort when the recliner is up. It wasn’t a deal breaker since I mostly use it for nursing and rocking the baby to sleep. All of my nursery furniture is DaVinci and I’m very pleased.”

“Haven't received it yet. Tracking number is inaccurate so don't know when I will receive it. Received a coupon code when I initially visited website and provided email. Was for first time purchase. When I tried to use it, said couldn't be used on some items in cart, only item was the rocker. Have considered that Ashley has reverted to a scammer model- literally rechecked website etc to ensure I had not stumbled on to the wrong site as it all seemed so suspect. Rocker purchased as gift for my daughter, but I will personally never use Ashley again- doubt my daughter will either”

“Has not been delivered yet. FedEx Tracking has been created, and says that FedEx has not received the package yet. Ordered two weeks ago, and will likely not get for another two weeks or month at this rate. Don't believe what they tell you when you order. My daughter called Ashley about this issue, they said it was coming from a 3rd party and made a FedEx case number. However, nothing has come of it. Will try calling again to see if we can get this package, otherwise will try to cancel order. My daughter is pregnant with her first baby, and this is our gift to them. Worried she wont have the chair by the time she has the baby.”

“I only have feedback on the delivery, not the item as it is still in the box. Received email that the item would be delivered in a few days. Then received an email that the item would be delayed. No big deal but got no indication of when it would be delivered. Tried to go on the website and track my item. Only resulted in response of call customer service. Called customer service several times during the times they indicated to call and got the message of call cannot be completed at this time. No emails, no texts about the item. I went on the chat feature and finally got to a person to chat with. the item was being delivered that day. Again, no warnings or updates. Had to scramble to get someone to receive the item.”

“I gave the "recliner" two stars because it is comfortable, and my kitties love it. The leg rest will not open all the way or stay up unless you are reclined flat. The back will only stay reclined if you are reclined flat, othewise it lowers right back down. You have to put all your weight against it and stay tensed up to keep it at a recline other than flat. So, it is basically a swivel chair or a swivel flat sleeper. To top it off, you can't close the leg rest when sitting on the chair. You can get it close, but you have to stand up to close it all the way.”
