“Ashley and Davinci are 2 terrible companies. They sent this crib with no screws or parts to put this together. I reached out and it took them weeks to tell me that I had to reschedule out to davinci to receive replacement parts. It’s been more than a month for this whole process and my baby still does not have a crib that is put together. Terrible customer Service, terrible way to treat a customer who has a new born. I will never purchase directly from Ashley or Davinci again. If i could i would give this no stars.”
