Horrible very poo

“Never even got the product. Contacted support after five days they said it’s been stuck in a sticker machine for 5 day! No email no call no communication at all! Very frustrating and I will never buy from this company again due to the lack of respect and communication over the production I had ordered. Support said they mailed me a new one but till take up to 5 days after I was told it would be 3 day shipping. I have now missed a baby shower in which this crib was a present. So very disappointed in the outcome at fault of this company.”
