Cloud chair is a misrepresentation

“After reading the positive reviews about this chair, especially since it came in black, I was eager to purchase it. However, my experience was far from what I had expected. The chair is incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Once reclined, it was extremely difficult to get it back up. I can’t even imagine having a newborn and trying to do that. Therefore, claiming that this chair is the “cloud chair” is a complete misrepresentation. I was deeply disappointed. I had mentioned on my return form that I had until August 22 to return the item, but when I contacted customer service, they informed me that they needed to review my request and send me return information, which could incur a fee. Overall, my experience has been nothing short of terrible, and I am extremely disappointed.”
