“Great nursery chair, comfortable and light, just what you need to put baby to sleep.
Don’t put too much weight on it (300lb+) it will start to squeal. The sway is omnidirectional and only rocks when the footrest is in, a good safety feature. My brother bought one of his own after using ours.”

“Box was delivered in poor condition, barely held together. This is not how you send something you spend money on let alone a 300 dollar white rocker.. disappointed for the 2nd and prolly be the last time,.. so I ordered 2 items couch and rocker . Ashley canceled 1 order and I didn't even no this till I called, then sent me my rocker weeks later ina crap box with holes in it.. still no reply back from them. This is bout 3rd review I've posted. Don't recommend them”

Delivery Issues from Ordering On-line

“Did not receive chair yet; issues with ordering online with delivery of item purchased. Sales receipt said the chair ships (did not say "usually ships") within 3 to 5 days of purchase. We "tracked" the delivery of the chair and tracking update stated it would be 5 to 6 weeks for delivery. We contacted Ashley twice and now it appears to be on the way. In summary, we ordered the chair two weeks ago on-line and still do not have the item. Updated shipment statement from FedEx says it will be delivered Thursday, we will see if that remains true.”
