Good dresser, horrible instructions

“The dresser itself is well made and sturdy. It’s the putting it together part that was difficult. I have put together lots of furniture pieces over the years and this was by far the most lacking of accurate instructions. Nothing was labeled so every piece of hardware needed to be opened and separated to hopefully match the picture in each step. If it wasn’t for the online video I found I’m not sure I could have completed it. It took me over 5 hours to build!”

“Instructions are not clear parts are not marked, when I contacted customer service to initiate return they give me the run around and refuse to send me the address to return the item back and are rude. Most unprofessional store I have ever worked with. Definitely expected more from a company like Ashley.”
