“Worst purchase ever! The quality is worse than I expected, and my expectations were low. I knew it wouldn’t be ‘real’ wood. The instructions are horrible. There aren’t words and the pictures are horrible. Sure, you can return it, but the cost of doing that is the same price I spent for the unit.”

It did not have the proper holes
For screws making much more difficult to put together. If you don’t have a handy person around do not purchase! It is nice but very hard to put together”

“I ordered the Austin 4 Drawer Chest in “Truffle” and was very disappointed. The item I received is much darker than the photos shown online — the color is completely misleading. Customer service admitted that this is the only color available but refused to offer a partial refund. The only option was to return it for a full refund, which is not realistic since the chest was already assembled. Overall, the product does not match the advertised pictures, and the customer service solution was unhelpful. I would not recommend.”
