“First, the item comes damaged. It looks like this item was already sent to someone, returned and then sent back to me. The pre-drilled holes are crooked which prevents me from being able to screw on the drawer tracks. Then, you have to call to request to be able to do a return. A return isn’t a guarantee, you have to submit pictures via email to prove the item is damaged then allow 3-5 days for them to process and get back with you.”

“Horrible product. Poor design and horrible customer service. Just 3 days to return an online order? Really? No one told me upfront that I had only 3 days to return. Ashley is probably the only store in the US that gives only 3 days to return furniture.”
