“This item was extensively compared to similar products that were much more expensive. The frame is surprisingly sturdy once assembled and the extra parts included are appreciated. I assembled myself and in minimal time. I am pleased with the purchase and how it looks. Delivery via Fed Ex was the most disappointing factor, but it arrived safely. Eventually”

“I haven’t put it together yet because I’m trying to decide if I’m going to keep it. The box it was shipped in did not hold up to the shipping process at all. It appears the box came apart at least once and everything was thrown back in and the box taped together to hold it all in. Some of the pieces are scratched. I haven’t been able to inventory it to see if everything is still there.”

“It is April 22nd today. I ordered this on April 1st. It came with the back rail with a defective screw hole making it impossible to put together. You can only email your issue to Ashley. They respond a day or 2 later with yet another question that i had already answered. You have to email the answer again, and again wait for an answer a day or two later. Then was told to loosen all the screws and it would fit. I had already done that. Emailed “PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL”. Got a call and thought it was resolved. I was told last week it would be delivered the beginning of this week. Got an email it was being delivered tomorrow April 23. Cancelled my out of town Dr. appt. only to find out that it would not be delivered until NEXT WEEK on the 28th. Absolutely terrible customer service on Ashley’s part. If i didn’t have all the issues with Ashley i would give the bed a 3 only because of the defective part. It gets a 1 because of Ashley’s.”
