“A million pieces and 2 days later my husband and I completed dresser. The parts and holes did not match up and some of the “what they label veneer” came with scratches. We purchased the sideboard and it is great. This piece for the $310 we paid - not so much :(”

“I have absolutely no clue how they got any of these good reviews. Several of the main pieces the holes were not drilled correctly, so we got the pleasure of measuring and re-drilling holes. Some of the pieces were so weak that they busted while we were trying to put it together, we managed to fix them though. I absolutely cannot begin to explain my disappointment with this piece of furniture. However, I do not have the time to return it and wait several weeks for a replacement and or refund. So I will keep it for now and continue looking for a good dresser. As they say you get what you pay for.”

“This dresser is perfect for the space, appears to be sturdy, and looks as pictured. The assemby instructions were difficult to understand and steps had to be undone and redone because of confusing directions. Other than that, a very nice dresser.”

“I would give this product five stars on the look and design of this dresser, but it lost two stars because of the functionality. The drawers are not deep or tall enough. An inch or 2 can make a huge difference in being able to fit clothes nicely and to be able to access it easier. The construction of this dresser had illustration discrepancies and took 2 people to complete. The first one took over 2 hours because of a mistake made based off of the instructions that were given. The second one went together much quicker. We would not consider these dressers long term use. Can see how it can easily get damaged and quick wear and tear.”

“Received the wrong support beams, or unfinished ones? The whole don't match up to the instructions or the pieces they are being attached to. Reached out to customer service 6/5/25 and a ticket was submitted for someone from the correct department to contact me. No one has. Not an email, nor phone call. Meanwhile all the pieces I had organized to assemble are still in my son's room which has been unusable for almost a week now. Very disappointed by both the dresser and more importantly the lack of help from Ashley's customer service. Will probably bundle the whole think up to return this weekend.”

“The dresser is so cute, but I ordered it and they sent me a wrong piece. They then proceeded to ship and entirely new dresser, which was great. But… I have had this dresser for less than 6 months and it has already broke and they won’t give me a refund or a replacement part. I wouldn’t suggest buying this dresser.”
