“When we received the headboard there was a big gouge on the front of the headboard, obviously it was damaged during shipment. The packaging of the headboard was horrible. Inside the carton there was a flimsy piece of plastic that covered the headboard, that was all. There were small pieces of styrofoam around the box.”
