“Still waiting for someone to get back to me regarding a price that was broken when I was taking out the packaging. I called about getting a replacement piece. The gentleman that answered the phone opened a claim. Told me I had to email in photos to an email thread. I did so right away. I have yet to be contacted.
My wife and I are first-time parents. This was our first crib. We are in the 3rd trimester, which is why we are impatient. So far between the damaged product and ‘lack there of’ costumer service, I would not suggest purchasing this product or even going through Ashley. I thought going through a reputable company like Ashley would be a ‘sure thing’. Now I am not so sure.
I also expected the crib to be real wood rather than a cheaply made glued saw dust. We paid over $300 for this item and I feel as though IKEA or other distributors have similar quality items.
If someone from Ashley actually reads this, I would appreciate it if someone would contact me to rectify this issue”
