“I bought this as a gift for my daughter for her new baby and it arrived with broken pieces and they are not able to put it together! She contacted customer service and their response was that they would contact her in 3-5 business days which is totally unacceptable when it arrived defective! On top of it I bought the extra warranty but it was defective in the box!”
