“Delivery was unsatisfactory. It was stated that it would be dropped off at our front door but it was left at the leasing office instead. The bed frame itself is mid. The wood has splinters and un sanded parts everywhere, there are places you're supposed to screw screws in without pre-drilled holes that I have never seen before in a set of furniture. But it was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. We will definitely be tossing this out within a few years and buying ourself a good quality bed frame from a good quality furniture store. Ashley has made a very bad first impression on us.”
