“Very difficult assembly. User assembly manual went from parts list on page 3. to Step 5 on page 4. Try assembling 1-4 without instructions. Missing hardware. Would not buy this unassembled again. Shipping box is 121 lbs. Once I receive the missing hardware, I can see if the dresser is any good.”

“I spent over 7 hours trying to assemble this furniture, carefully following the instructions. Despite all efforts, the pieces did not align properly, and the final product is still unstable and incorrect. The instructions were unclear, parts did not fit as described, and overall quality was far below expectations.
This has been a complete waste of time and money. I am requesting a full refund and will not purchase from this brand again.”
