Long Shipping Timeframe

“This is my first purchase from Ashley. I ordered this bed frame 9 days ago as a gift and it still has not arrived despite the promised 3-5 day shipping. The shipping number in my confirmation email didn't work when I tried tracking it so I called customer service (very helpful folks) to confirm that it's coming. It's on its way, but the person I got this for has had to sleep on a mattress on the floor while waiting for it to show up. Given shipping was included in the already high price of this bed frame, I'm disappointed in the purchase so far. Hoping it's decent and easy to build when it finally arrives. Ashley should improve their shipping timeframe to ensure its accurate and may want to wait on sending an email to review purchases until the product actually arrives.”
