“I like the pack and play itself but the mattress pad boards keep shifting and the pad over the boards now I can’t get it to go back straight. I’ve stopped using it because I’m scared to put my baby in it with it not sitting correctly.”

“I bought this for my downstairs during his naps so I didn’t have to go up and down the stairs and I love it! The mattress insert doesn’t completely flatten out it bunches at the crease. It doesn’t seem to bother him no, but once he can roll and move more I will have to watch him so he doesn’t go under it since when it bunches it’s not snug in the play pen”

Exactly what we were looking for

“Perfect for grandmas house! We purchased this and had it sent straight to my mom’s house to have a bed for our newborn while visiting for the holidays. We considered using a travel bassinet but are glad we went this route instead. We used the raised level for this trip which worked out really well and since it packs down pretty compactly, it’s convenient to leave there for future visits.
We also have another Graco Packn’Play version at home that we use as her main sleeping area currently as well. We have been very happy with the quality, ease of use and price-point of both.”

“The Pack and Play is great for my grand daughter. The only problem was finding out how to set it up. The instructions on the bottom of the Pack and Play say to read the instruction book. We didn't see that the instruction book is in an envelope attached to the bottom of the mattress that is wrapped around the rest of the set since we had three people setting it up. Finally my daughter, who already has one, told us what to do. We found the instructions as we were trying to put it away.”

Just what we wanted

“This pack n' play is perfect for what we wanted. We have bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs in our house, and we needed a safe sleep space for our basement where our master bedroom is located. The upper level portion of the pack n play is perfect for our 4 month year old, and we know we will use this for years to come since it will work as she gets older. We haven't had to actually travel with this pack n play yet, but we are happy that it is indeed portable and will easily go into our car. This is a cost-effective and great purchase for anyone who needs a crib set up in another room AND a travel option.”

Disappointed.. came with hole

“I bought this 1.5 months ago for at my mother in laws house for the summer. We arrived 2 weeks ago and set it up to find out there is a HOLE in the black siding (see picture) it hasn’t been packed up or moved at all. Just set up and kept in one location. I am very strict on safe sleep which is why this one is purchased as it is suppose to be safe and durable. With the hole it is no longer considered safe sleep and I am thoroughly disappointed with the product. I also have a graco high chair, Graco car seat and graco stroller. And will no longer be buying any of their products if their products come defective or damage.”

Unfortunately, all the reviews for the separately sold Graco waterproof sheets are terrible as they are way too loose and a suffocation hazard to children…”

Simple pack n play

“Solid pack n play - the only thing we are not a fan of is the snaps on the mattress. The mattress is held snuggly and doesn’t bunch which is a huge plus, but the snaps are difficult to pull through the bottom of the frame.”
