Great for your child, not for you

“The bed is perfect for my 4 year-old. After a year with it, I am not as excited about it personally, but that is because it’s not made for an adult to get into or out of, or to climb under. If your child sleeps independently, the bed is great!! If you lay down with her/him at bedtime, then it might not be for you.”

“Not hard to put together. Just follow step by step booklet. Some of the screw holes for dresser drawers are not predrilled i would recommend that you do that its pine and will split. But overall good product should last thru childhood age”

“Bought two beds, came with different instructions and very difficult and time-consuming together. One drawer sticks and is very difficult to open. Some pieces were already scratched. Aside from that my 7 and 5 year-olds absolutely love their new loft beds.”

Disappointing experience

“I was very frustrated and disappointed by this whole experience. It started with the shipping company you use leaving it out in a downpour when there was a covered porch to place it under. Then we went to put it together, and there are no bottoms for the drawers, the top rail is cracked and the little wooden piece you screw the step into cracked when we screwed the screw in. I still need to call to get our broken and missing pieces but I would definitely not recommend using your company again.”

“Took over 4 hours to put together. The is pine wood which is not solid, and you cannot use a drill being the wood will spilt. You would think for this to be 400 dollars it would have been a tougher wood. The step in the middle is not stable to be careful. Beautiful structure however looks can be deceiving”

Drawers keep breaking and do not open smoothly.

“It's super cute but the drawer rail slides keep breaking. I bought two of these and they both do the same thing, on every drawer. Opening/closing the drawers is not smooth at all and it frustrates my two young kids as they can never get the drawers open themselves. I like everything else about these beds but the drawer situation is very frustrating. Ive already contacted customer service and I am apparently out of my warranty and they are not that old. Things don't last like they use to.”
