“The bed itself is nice and sturdy, but it didn’t come with an instruction booklet. So we tried looking up the model online but the website from the box was under construction. We then looked up similar models but the parts didn’t all match, but we were able to reason it out.”

Misleading tuft appearance, its flat. Misleading photos. Seems flimsy with no buttons on the tufting.

“Just took it out of the box. I can say I am very disappointed in the tufting. It looks much deeper and fuller in the photos. So for $300, I was misled by photos. Hopefully it is not a total piece of crap. Will find out . The slats seem to thin and look like they might break easy. The photo shows to be an olive green shade, another disappointment. This is a medium true sage green. A trick of the eye by the photographer using a red brick background so the hue of the red lays on the lighter green giving it an olive tone. If it doesn't hold together well Ashley can come back and pick this up.”

Very Disappointed - Disabled Mother has no bed to sleep on

“Item has yet to be delivered despite emails from Ashley that the item was delivered. It is currently sitting in a warehouse in Chino California since 7/1. Another email said it was delivered 7/5, but still has not left California. This bed was ordered for my disabled, wheelchair bound mother to be delivered before she moves to assisted living tomorrow. She now has no bed to sleep on and we are having to scramble to find a frame to set up without box spring just so she has a place to sleep. Order was placed 6/29 and delivery was stated as 3-5 days. Now there is no ETA on when it will even arrive.”
