Disappointed! MOST of the parts are missing!

“Box arrived in less than two weeks, which was great. Box was damaged and was left in an unsecure area -- not so great. Opened the box only to discover that MOST of the parts were missing! There was also no directions so I went online to another company's website find out everything that was missing. Called customer service and was routed to the Philippines. The ladies I spoke with were nice enough. Took the info and told me I'd have to wait 3-5 business days to hear from someone else about the matter. Overall a horrible experience my first time dealing with Ashley. I expected to be sleeping in my new bed tonight. This sucks.”
