“This was the best wrapped package I’ve ever received. Everything was in perfect condition and all the hardware was there. The instructions called for a two person assembly but I was able to do it myself. I love the mattress multi level adjustment. Absolutely love how it looks. Bought for my grand daughter’s visits.”

“I got the package and really excited to see and installed, but the thing waiting me it , the head board was brook it. Then I talked to Ashley Furniture about the issue and they told me couple times that I have to wait 3-5 days for a review from them but now it a week now one email me or text me to let me know , I can replace it or not . Disappointed with this”

“Crib arrived damaged. Call customer service 4 times. Send pictures as requested. Was assigned a customer experience rep Charize Cortez that I haven’t received any email from and placed on computer that email was sent and closed case after no response from me, while all along I am calling and customer service is telling me to wait for 5 days.
On Saturday called again rep send me an email and more pictures sent as requested and stated case opened again. I still have not heard anything.
This is poor customer service. Lots of promises but lots of inconvenience for customer.”
